Brown, JUDGE          Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Payment of Medical Expenses and Attorney Fees was heard August 16, 2007, by telephone conference. The Court received Exhibit 20. Arguments were heard. The Court takes judicial notice of the prior pleadings of the parties and orders of the Court.          The Award of January 26, 2005, provided for the payment of future medical expenses. Exhibit 20 indicates prescription expenses were forwarded to defendant’s counsel on May 16, 2007, which counsel acknowledged were received May 18, 2007, but not paid until August 7, 2007. Reimbursement for the prescription costs was undeniably delinquent. ...
