High, JUDGE          THIS MATTER came on for a telephonic scheduling conference pursuant to notice by plaintiff's counsel. Both parties were represented by counsel and a court reporter was present. The case is before this Court on defendant’s Application to Modify and plaintiff's Answer and Counter Claim. At the end of the conference it became known to the undersigned judge that plaintiff intended to use opinions of a mental health expert which plaintiff just recently began seeing. This mental health expert is a personal friend of the undersigned making a recusal necessary in order to avoid even the appearance of impropriety.          Prior to the undersigned's recusal, it is ordered that all of the orders made during the telephonic scheduling conference with respect to scheduling and case progression are vacated.
