In any case in which a person wilfully violates any provision of this act in connection with the imposition, computation or disclosures of or relating to a time price differential or service charge on a consolidated total of two or more contracts under the provisions of Article VIII of this act, the buyer may recover from such person an amount equal to three times the total of the time price differentials or service charge...
