STEWART, ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE.          This case comes on for review following a hearing on respondent's Motion to Dismiss.          On October 13, 2017, claimant sent a letter to the Commission requesting a hearing on his claim. In a letter dated February 2, 2018, claimant was advised to complete a prehearing questionnaire and informing him that once the questionnaire was received a prehearing conference would be scheduled. No response was forthcoming from the claimant and claimant was by letter dated March 8, 2018 given additional time to respond.
