         Hearing before Administrative Law Judge James D. Kennedy in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.          Claimant is pro se and failed to appear.           Respondents are represented by their attorney, Karen H. KENNEDY, ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE          STATEMENT OF THE CASE          A hearing was held in the above styled matter on October 31, 2018, in Little Rock, Arkansas on respondent’s Motion to Dismiss for failure to prosecute pursuant to Arkansas Code Ann. §11-9-702 and Rule 099.13 of the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Act. The claimant was pro se and failed to appear for the hearing. The Claimant was a bus driver and was involved in a motor vehicle accident on or about January 25, 2018. The bus had video cameras that recorded the event. The Claimant contended that he was injured and went to Concentra on the date of the accident.          Doctor Scott Conley provided that there were no objective findings of an injury. The claim was controverted and no action occurred in the matter since the filing of an AR-C Form and an AR-2 Form with the Division of Operations and Compliance of the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission on or about February 9, 2018.
