MICHAEL FITZGERALD, JUDGE.          THIS MATTER comes on for hearing this 5^th day of November, 2019, on the Motion for Further Review filed by the plaintiff on October 11, 2019, for an order to Angela McClelland of the Regulatory Programs section of the Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court to submit additional information and questions to Dr. O’Neil.          Dr. O’Neil was not provided with all the medical records and a disc of an MRI. The date of the MRI is August 28, 2018. In order to obtain a thorough opinion from Dr. O’Neil, it is necessary that Dr. O’Neil have the medical records found on pages 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 of Exhibit 5 and the disc containing the MRI of the right shoulder dated August 28, 2018.          In order to set forth specific guidelines as to when plaintiff should submit his medical records, disc of the MRI, and questions, for defendants to have opportunity to submit additional questions or evidence, all for Dr. O’Neil, it is ordered that plaintiff shall deliver to Angela McClelland of the Regulatory Programs section of the Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court on or...
