Cavel, JUDGE          This matter came before the Court for a pretrial conference on August 24, 2007. The parties appeared through counsel. The parties had previously provided to the Court a joint pretrial conference memorandum. On the basis of the memorandum and the conference, the Court finds the trial of this matter should be governed by the following:          I.          The parties have stipulated that the plaintiff was employed by the defendant on December 4, 2006, at an average weekly wage of $659.87 and gave the defendant timely notice of her alleged injury.          II.          That the issues for trial of this matter should be limited to the following:
1. Whether the plaintiff sustained an injury by accident arising out of and in the course of her employment with the defendant on December 4, 2006. 2. If so, the nature and extent of any temporary disability caused by such injury. 3. If so, the extent of any permanent partial impairment caused by such injury. 4.
