Any person violating any of the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $100.00 or imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
