In your letter you state:

“This county had some problems with our last coroner regarding holding inquests. I need an opinion from your office as to what constitutes 'sudden or casual deaths' as set out in the above code section.”

         An exact determination of the boundaries of the phrase “sudden or casual death” is impossible to set in the abstract as each instance necessarily involves a factual determination.
