         Hearing before ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE GREGORY K. STEWART in Springdale, Washington County, Arkansas.          Claimant not represented by counsel and not present at hearing.           Respondent represented by E. DIANE GRAHAM, Attorney, Fort Smith, Arkansas.           OPINION/ORDER           GREGORY K. STEWART, ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE          This case comes on for review following a hearing on respondent’s motion to dismiss.          Respondent accepted a compensable injury to claimant’s left hip on October 25, 2017, and paid some compensation benefits including medical treatment and temporary total disability benefits. On December 18, 2017, Form AR-C was filed with the Commission on claimant’s behalf by his attorney, Laura Beth York. Subsequently, Attorney York filed a motion to withdraw as counsel. Attorney York’s motion to withdraw was granted by the Full Commission in an order filed April 30, 2018. On March 6, 2018, claimant’s treating physician, Dr. Cutler, indicated that claimant had reached maximum medical improvement and assigned him a 0% impairment rating pursuant to the AMA Guides. Claimant has not requested a hearing or taken any other action to prosecute his claim since that time. ...
