Wiggins          Circuit Clerk          Lowndes County Mississippi          Post Office Box 127          Columbus, Mississippi 39701          Dear Mr. Wiggins:          Attorney General Allain has received your opinion request dated January 30, 1980 and has assigned it to me for research and reply, your letter of request stating:
         “ Section 25-7-13 second paragraph item G provides as follows, 'The Clerk of the Circuit Court may retain as his commission on all money coming into his hands by law or Order of the court, a sum to be fixed by the Court not exceeding one-half (1/2) of one percent (1%) on all such sums'.          “Please advise if in your opinion it is necessary for the Court to specify the various fees and funds in its order allowing the commission and if the attached order is sufficient in your opinion.”
