          Plaintiff: Thomas R. Lamb, Anderson, Creager & Wittstruck, P.C.           Defendant: Gregory D. Worth, McAnany, Van Cleave & Phillips, P.A.           AWARD           J. Michael Fitzgerald, Judge.          This matter comes on for trial this 10th day of July, 2017, in Lincoln, Nebraska.          After a review of the evidence, the Court finds that the plaintiff injured his left index finger on June 3, 2016. Plaintiff stopped work on June 7, 2016, and sought medical care on June 7, 2016. Plaintiff was treated at Bryan Hospital on June 7, 2016 and June 10, 2016 and was also treated at the Peoples City Mission Medical Clinic on June 10, 2016. Plaintiff was also examined by Dr. Dennis Bozarth.          Plaintiff was taken off work for one week and after the one week had no other restrictions or limitations and was able to return to work. No temporary benefits are due.          Dr. Bozarth stated that this is a temporary aggravation of a preexisting condition with no permanent benefits.          Defendant is ordered to pay the medical bills in Exhibits 5, 6, and 7 pursuant to the fee schedule...
