Moore, Jr. Judge          It has been brought to the Appeals Board's attention that there are a few clerical errors in the Appeals Board's Opinion and Order Granting Reconsideration and Decision after Reconsideration, dated August 31, 1998, which do not change the decision. Inadvertently, at page 3, line 10 the word "Code" was omitted and should be inserted to read as follows: "Labor Code section 5277." At page 3, line 21 the word "of" should be omitted and correctly the phrase should read "and the Findings and Award." At page 4, line 1 the phrase "or the same, arbitrator," should be deleted. At page 4, line 14 the word should be "defendant's," and at line 19 the word "and" should be added to the phrase "Findings and Award." The Board has continuing...
