Brown, JUDGE          The motion of Staci Hartman-Nelson for an attorney’s lien and the motion of defendant for dismissal of plaintiff’s petition were heard October 1, 2009. Counsel participated telephonically. Ms. Hartman-Nelson and counsel for defendant both advised the Court that their motions and notices of hearing had not been returned. Both advised the Court they had separately attempted to contact plaintiff by telephone to participate telephonically in the scheduled hearings. Additionally, the Court postponed the scheduled hearing 10 minutes to allow for plaintiff’s late arrival or telephone call.
